Notary Fees

The State of Colorado has established maximum fees for Notarial Services.  All of our fees adhere to those regulations. Rates are per page.

Loan Packages

• "Local" In Escrow Office Loan Signing - $150
• In Office Loan Signing - $150
• "Local" Mobile Notary (We come to you to sign) - $150

Travel Fees (included in Loan Packages)

• "Local" = 1 - 50 mile radius - $50
• Over 50 miles - call for a quote
• Local Jails - 1 hours alloted - $150

Other Fees

• Faxing - $1 per page
• Photocopies - $1 each
• Excessive Waiting Time - $50 per hour
• Notary Signing Cancellation Fee - $50
• Late Night, Weekends, Holidays - $75
• Airport Emergency Notarization - $75 plus $5 per page
